Refund Policy

14-day right of withdrawal

You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To cancel, email [postemacommerce@gmail.com] with your order number and a clear statement that you are withdrawing.

Returning the product

Send the product back within 14 days of telling us you are cancelling, to: [Vlieterstraat 8, 1779XP, Den Oever, the Nteherlands]. You pay the return shipping unless the item was faulty or wrong. You may check the product as you would in a shop, but if it has been handled beyond that, we may deduct an amount for the loss in value.

Refunds

We refund the full amount, including the standard shipping cost of the original delivery, within 14 days of receiving your cancellation. We may wait to refund until the product has arrived back or you show proof you sent it. The refund goes to your original payment method.

Faulty or wrong items

If your SparkKey™ arrives damaged, defective or wrong, email [postemacommerce@gmail.com] with a photo within a reasonable time. We will replace or refund it and cover the return cost.
