Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We currently ship within The United States and The Netherlands. Orders within the Netherlands are delivered without any import charges.

Dispatch

Orders placed before 16:00 on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed later, or at the weekend, are dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery time and costs

Delivery usually takes [4–5] working days. Shipping costs [€X.XX], shown at checkout before payment. You receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

Problems with delivery

If your parcel is late, lost or damaged, email [postemacommerce@gmail.com] with your order number and we will sort it out.

Import duties and taxes (orders outside the EU)

Orders shipped to the United States and other countries outside the EU may be charged import duties, taxes or customs fees when they arrive. These charges are set by the destination country's customs authority. They are not included in our prices or shipping costs, and the customer pays them. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict the amount. If you refuse a parcel because of import charges, we deduct the return shipping costs from your refund.

Premium Care Delivery

For €4.50 (NL) / $4.99 (US) you can choose Premium Care Delivery at checkout. Your order is packed in extra protective packaging for more care in transit. Delivery time is the same as standard shipping (4-5 working days).
