Terms of Service

1. Orders and contract

Your order is a binding offer. The contract is formed when we confirm it by email. We may decline an order, for example if stock runs out or a price was clearly wrong. If we decline, you are refunded in full.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are in euros and include Dutch VAT. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

3. Product use and age

SparkKey™ is a USB Type-C electric heating-coil lighter. It works only with devices that have a Type-C port. Some phone models, including Samsung, are not supported. Check that your device is compatible before ordering. SparkKey™ is sold only to customers aged 18 or over. Use it responsibly, keep it away from children and flammable materials, and unplug it when not in use.

4. Right of withdrawal

You may cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason. See our Refund Policy for details.

5. Warranty

You have the statutory right to a product that conforms to the contract. If a product is defective, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it. This does not cover damage from misuse or use with unsupported devices.

6. Liability

We are not liable for damage caused by using the product against its instructions, including with incompatible devices. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

7. Complaints

Send complaints to [postemacommerce@gmail.com]. We reply within 14 days.

8. Governing law

Dutch law applies. This does not remove any mandatory protection you have under the law of your country of residence.
